Dear Researchers,
I hope you are all safe and well.
I would like to thank all those who joined us for a meeting with TAU's President, VP of Research and Development, and VP International last Wednesday. Maintaining open lines of communication is of paramount importance during these challenging times, and your active participation is greatly valued.
Below, you will find a summary of the key points discussed during the meeting:
Scholarships
For the moment, we are continuing payment of scholarships as planned to all. This includes researchers who have not yet been able to travel to Israel and those who have
not yet established an Israeli bank account.
Work Contracts
All researchers have the option to retain their contracts for as long as they desire.
Remote Work
Researchers are permitted to work remotely on their research with their PI.
Refunds for Dorms
The matter of refunds for dorms is currently under deliberation by the university, and updates will be shared as soon as available.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need assistance.
Best Regards, Zoe
