Advice for Leumi bank
Whereas you have a Leumi bank account and need to close it down, it is possible to do it abroad. In particular, you need to get some specific information on the procedure by reaching out Leumi Bank in Shuster center (Aba Akhime'ir Street, close to the campus) and talk with an employee, who should be able to give you all of the necessary papers.
